We’ve customers experiencing an issue with MYOB and Office 2016 where it crashes when sending emails.
It is a known issue that MYOB are investigating and below is the workaround to fix this issue in the meantime 🙂
- Navigate to C:\PlusClassic or C:\PremierClassic
- locate the file named MapiEX Disable.txt
- rename it to MapiEX DisableOLD.txt
- Restart MYOB and try emailing again
