How per-seat pricing works, and the 10-seat minimum
A seat is anyone or anything touching your environment: staff, contractors, offshore team members, a server. You pay per seat, per month, with a minimum of 10 seats. Every plan bundles in what you need. There's no menu of optional extras, because splitting a plan into add-ons is how corners get cut.
Backups are the clearest example. Every plan includes them for every seat, so nobody is tempted to drop cover on a handful of machines to shave the invoice. We've seen that shortcut before, and it's always the machine you removed that needed restoring.
The lowest per-seat rate is $170 a month, on the Managed IT plan at 50 seats and up. If you sit under the minimum, or you're shopping purely on price, you'll hear that from us before you sign anything.
Projects sit outside the per-seat fee. Office relocations, new server deployments, cloud migrations and network builds get scoped and quoted on their own. Everything else is ongoing work, covered by the seat rate.
