Hierarchy and inconsistencies
If any part of the Agreement conflicts with another, the order of priority (highest to lowest) is: special conditions in the Order Form, special conditions in the relevant Product Description, the remainder of the Product Description, the Order Form itself, and then these Master Terms of Service.
Governed by the laws in force in Western Australia. The Australian Consumer Law applies to the extent mandatory.
